The company's Finance Committee has approved the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth up to Rs 1,000 crore. These unsecured, listed, and redeemable NCDs are priced at Rs 1,00,000 each and will be privately placed in one or more tranches. 2. HCL Technologies
