Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone acquires Dependencia Logistics to strengthen logistics business

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd. (APSEZ), India’s largest private port operator, has announced a significant move to strengthen its logistics business by acquiring Dependencia Logistics Pvt. Ltd. Through its step-down subsidiary, Mandhata Build Estate Pvt. Ltd., APSEZ executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Windson Projects LLP to acquire 100% stake in Dependencia Logistics. The acquisition was concluded at a purchase consideration of ₹37.77 crore.

Dependencia Logistics, incorporated in February 2022, was established with the objective of providing comprehensive transportation and logistics services for all types of goods. Although the company is yet to commence commercial operations, its inclusion under the APSEZ umbrella is expected to bolster Adani’s integrated logistics and transportation capabilities.
