Theme Rooted in Inclusive Growth

The theme of the summit   “Sarvajana Hitaya, Sarvajana Sukhaya” (welfare for all, happiness for all)   reflects India’s commitment to ensuring that AI-driven progress remains human-centric.

According to the Prime Minister, AI today is transforming key sectors such as:

  • Enterprise

By integrating AI across these domains, India is not only enhancing productivity but also improving service delivery and social welfare outcomes.

Shaping the Future of Responsible AI

The AI Impact Summit is expected to enrich global discourse on innovation, collaboration, and responsible AI usage. PM Modi expressed confidence that the outcomes of the summit would help shape a future that is progressive, innovative, and opportunity-driven.

He credited India’s 1.4 billion citizens for the country’s rapid progress in AI and digital transformation. From robust digital public infrastructure to a thriving startup ecosystem and cutting-edge research initiatives, India’s strides in AI reflect both ambition and responsibility.

India as a Global Data Hub

On February 15, 2026, PM Modi pitched India as a global hub for digital infrastructure and artificial intelligence. In an exclusive interview with PTI, he emphasized India’s readiness to host the world’s data and lead the next wave of the technology revolution.

“We invite the whole world’s data to reside in India!” he declared, sending a strong global-outreach message.

The Prime Minister also highlighted that the tax incentives announced in the Union Budget are designed to accelerate investment in data infrastructure, reduce the cost of building advanced facilities, and position India as a globally competitive destination for digital growth.

The Road Ahead

With strong policy support, strategic investments, and international collaboration, India is steadily building an ecosystem that fosters innovation while maintaining ethical responsibility. The India AI Impact Expo and Summit 2026 serve as a landmark moment in this journey, reinforcing India’s leadership role in the global AI landscape.
